Milk, well sort of

There are all kinds of different milk alternatives. Here are the breakdowns of calories, fat, sugar and protein for them:

Calories Fat Protein Sugar

So Delicious Coconut Milk 80 5g 1g 6g
Organic Almond Milk 70 3g 1g 8g
Rice Milk 120 2g .4g 10g

I really like the taste of coconut milk. It is the best option I think overall health wise. There is so many healthy benefits of coconut. I will do another post on all of the greatness of coconut. We don't eat it because Little Miss is allergic to it. So I feel over all it has the highest fat, lowest calories, and lower sugar.
